Breakfast Sandwiches – Warm breakfast sandwiches with fresh cut fruit, juice/bottled water and coffee.

Cheese Quiche – Individually baked 3 cheese quiche with fresh cut fruit, juice/bottled water and coffee.

Lunch

Loaded Baked Potato Bar with Soup (Chicken Noodle, Chili, Minestrone), Garden Salad

OR

Pasta Bar – Our Pasta Bar includes  Penne Pasta with Marinara, Creamy Pesto Pasta tossed with baby spinach  and Fettucini Alfredo. Included on the side are grilled, sliced chicken breast, meatballs in marinara and roasted seasonal veggies. Garden Salad (Ranch and White Balsamic on the side), fresh baked rolls and shredded parmesan cheese

OR

Taco Bar – Seasoned Chicken or Tofu served with salsa, guacamole, pickled red onions, sour cream, warm tortillas and shredded cheddar. Includes Cilantro Lime Rice and Santa Fe Salad (Ranch and Chipotle Vinaigrette on the side). Seasoned black beans available on the side.

Lunch includes an assortment of Coke, Diet Coke, Sparkling Water and Bottled Waters.
